Our host was so welcoming and shared the history of the gorgeous property which was very interesting. His cooking was outstanding and very generous in size, bed was extremely comfortable, lovely bed linen, very spacious room & bathroom, loved the dogs too.
We would’ve liked air conditioning but a fan was provided and we understand that many of these historic properties don’t have air con.

Fabulous Chateau with stunning views, wonderful room full of history.
Lars was a super Host, he was there to greet us and gave a warm and informative welcome.
Dinner was an absolute delight, prepared by Lars, an excellent chef, Lars gave a full explanation of what dinner would be and how it would be prepared, loved it.
We liked it all, it would have been nice to have tea or coffee in the rooms,
