Widok zapiera dech w piersiach. Okna pozwalają na kontemplowanie morza cały czas. Jest to przestronny apartament. Pralka była bardzo pomocna. Winda to spore udogodnienia i miejsce parkingowe.
Meble są bardzo zużyte. Cały wystrój apartamentu to chyba jeszcze lata 90te. Bardzo wąska kuchnia praktycznie zero miejsca. Brak korka do wanny i zepsuty pilot do bramy
