L'emplacement, et le petit déjeuner dans la chambre
Il n'est notifié nulle part que l'appartement se situe dans une résidence sénior. Avec des contraintes d'horaire concernant le petit déjeuner, pas idéal pour des vacances. Je considère qu'il y a tromperie. Vous avez volontairement caché ce point.
De plus nous n'avions pas de wifi. Et il est spécifié qu'il y a un ordinateur dans l'appartement ce qui est faux. Quand à la télévision, je pense qu'il faut arrêter de notifier le critère de "TV écran plat" mais plutôt indiquer la taille. Ici la TV dans la chambre est aussi grande qu'un écran d'ordinateur. Pas top.

Accueil du personnel très pro.
J'aurais apprécié un lit de 160 non détaillé dans l'annonce.
Et nous signaler que le spa et la piscine était fermé pour travaux.

Apartment was large, very clean and comfortable, useful kitchenette
This property is not a hotel and is being misadvertised on booking.com
This is a block of flats and facilities for elderly people where they obviously live. I assume this company is just letting out any empty apartments to unsuspecting tourists to make extra money.
If you're OK with this situation then fine I suppose but nowhere is this explained. Search the property on Google first
