The amount of space in the unit was incredible. Very spacious and with a balcony that overlooked the street. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. This is within walking distance to the statue of David as well as many other attractions. The host was friendly and responded in a timely manner to any questions. The cleaning staff was prompt and respected our privacy but made sure to see if we needed any extra towels etc.
I felt that the building and unit were just fine. A wonderful Italian accommodation.

Great location, very good value. Nice touch to provide coffee machine.
Wifi not great... trouble flushing the toilet too! Not the quietest given where it is.

Excellent location, a few minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore. I had a problem with the shower and less than 1 hour it was fixed, just amazing!!

Comfortable bed, fresh towels, quiet enough location
Website gave impression of a hotel - this is an AirBnB style apartment
Access to the building is complicated (and you let yourself in) with three different keys. Key to main apartment block didn't work easily and with nobody around to help, this was not convenient.
On arrival, the host asked me to walk 15 minutes across town to have my passport checked - this was not convenient on a work trip, which I told him, and he adapted his plan
