De ligging. Geen buren en alleen incidenteel lokaal verkeer dat langs rijdt. De eerste verdieping was gezellig ingericht en rook niet muf en vochtig als op de begane grond.

We wisten dat het een oud huisje was en overladen was met spullen maar dat het zo muf en vochtig was, hadden we niet op gerekend. De vochtigheid en beddenmatras geldt alleen voor de begane grond. Het was er ook niet helemaal schoon, vooral de keuken plakte. We hebben ons eigen bestek gebruikt en zoveel mogelijk buiten gegeten. De ligging is fantastisch.
