It is composed as follows: an entrance, a bedroom with two single beds, a separate WC, a bathroom, a living room with TV, double sofa bed, kitchen equipped with large fridge / freezer and dishwasher, a safe, a terrace comfortable where you can dine or lunch for four with a beautiful view of the sea and the golf course of St Tropez. You will have a private parking lot at the complex. The residence is secured by an electric gate with digital code. It has a very large swimming pool with paddling pool and solarium, a playground for children, ping-pong tables, but also a laundromat.
