The room (Sundowner) was very clean, modern and well appointed. However, there was only one small window (approx 60cm x 30cm) above head height. There was one small opening window that was covered by a blind and needed a large vase to be moved so it could be opened. The room felt dark, dingy and with no air flow. The large ceiling fan only moved stale air around. It was 10deg outside and the room was too hot with the heating turned off.
