Appartement spacieux et pratique d'accès, disposant d'un emplacement de parking ce qui est très appréciable. Le salon est un peu bruyant côté place (on ne peut pas avoir le beurre et l'argent du beurre !), côté chambres c'est très calme.
Proches commerces et restaurants.
On peut faire bcp de choses à pied.

Appartement grand et bien placé avec ascenseur, proximité Beauval et châteaux et le soir resto dans les rues piétonnes, très bon séjour

L'équipement est plus complet qu'à l'ordinaire et en excellent état. Le parking indispensable est idéalement situé sous l'immeuble et directement accessible par l'ascenseur.
Quelques soucis (sièges) signalés et en cours de correction.
