Location, leaders of staff were kind, good room for 1 person
My passport was stolen the last day after a Volunteer did cleaning of My room without My permission or being asken. Passport was Left on the table because was a room of 1 bed, i left room To received breakfast when I come back to room they were already passing to next room and 1 of the guys with the Hoover looking me suspicious.
I Left that day without checking passport, when i call some hours after the leaders, a Nice admin very Professional, told me the Volunteer had already Left the hostal, no possibility for cams or additional tracking of the cleaning guy.
A good measure is for check out moment for the hostal to ask for a checklist and exoneration of stolen items, as they often do to check rooms status before a customer leave. If this has not happened, it would be perfect.
Police report already Made about the situation. Check before leaving!
