Próba zakwaterowania w pokoju dwuosobowym pomimo potwierdzonej i opłaconej rezerwacji za dwupokojowy apartament. Próba wmówienia Nam że na dwie osoby to pokój dwuosobowy, gdy na francuskojęzycznym wydruku rezerwacji było napisane prawidłowo. Brak możliwości komunikacji w języku angielskim. Sprzątanie pokoju tylko jako opcja dodatkowa, brak mydła szamponu.
