Apartment Anita 2 is located in Monteneto, a peaceful green area of Zambratija, a charming fishing village just 4 km from the center of Umag. It’s the perfect place for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, close to the sea, and with all essential amenities.
The family house hosts two apartments of the same type, each situated on a separate floor (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor). Both offer the same comfort, quality, and warm atmosphere. Guests share a large fenced garden (900 m²), beautifully maintained and equipped with a barbecue and a children’s play area — ideal for relaxing outdoors. Private parking with four spaces is available in front of the house, free of charge.
The apartment is bright, air-conditioned, and lovingly furnished with attention to detail. It includes a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a wardrobe, bedside tables, and lamps. The bathroom features a shower, a washbasin with a mirror, a cabinet, a hairdryer, and towels.
The living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and cooking utensils, as well as a dining table with four chairs and a sofa bed suitable for two children or one adult. There is also a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.
From the living room, you can access a covered terrace (8 m²) furnished with a table and chairs, offering a pleasant view of the garden and the sea in the distance — a perfect spot for breakfast or relaxing evenings outdoors.
The beautiful and well-known sandy beach of Zambratija is only 700 meters away and easily reachable on foot. Here you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas or relax with a drink at Destino Beach Bar, enjoying unforgettable sunsets. The area also offers pebble and rocky beaches with natural shade from pine trees.
Within just 400 meters, you’ll find a grocery store, bakery, and bar, while excellent restaurants and pizzerias serving local Istrian cuisine are nearby.
The center of Umag is only 5 km away, offering attractions such as the museum, cathedral, and the famous Umag pier promenade. Stroll through the charming old town streets, visit the new square with its fountain, shop in local stores, or enjoy the lively seafront with market stalls and a playground for children. Schöne, ruhige Wohnung im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Großer Balkon mit Tisch und vier Stühlen. Großer Garten um das Haus. 850m Fussweg / 10min bis zum kleinen Sandstrand in Zambratija. Sehr nette Vermieterin.
