Collection process not clear, I didn't receive a code for lockbox at Maeva Home office. But the snowtaxi driver kindly located them for me.
Saskia reception said we couldn't use their luggage storage, as we booked via Maeva Home. Maeva office said to use L'Amara storage room. L'Amara was surprised at this, but kindly let us use their room

The dish washer was great. Plenty of crockery. Chalet was clean.
No linen or towels provided. The additional heater didn’t work.

Location was good and not too far from reception. Far from the bubble lift - but you can ski down, its a trek back up.
Service was terrible - all the staff we encountered were rude. You are not told you have to pay extra for bed linen and towels. No toilet paper, hand soap or cleaning supplies were provided. They rolled their eyes at us from the start, didn't give us towels we paid for, had to go back to the office. Tried to kick us out a day early because they had an error on their system - had to go back to prove my booking. The man who knocked on the door was very rude - no apology from anyone for their mistake.
