Das Haus liegt nahe am Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Der Schlafraum ist großzügig und hat einen Balkon mit Ausblick auf Bahnhof und Gleise. Mit Tapete, Kronleuchter, Tischchen und zwei Sesseln ist der Schlafraum sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. An nützlichen Geräten stehen in der Wohnung Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank zur Verfügung. Außerdem wird nach Bedarf gereinigt, Handtücher gewechselt etc, also sehr guter Service!
Die Bahn ist leider nicht zu überhören trotz guter Fenstertür zum Balkon. Außerdem sind die Wände und Decke relativ dünn, so dass sich laute Nachbarn ebenfalls bemerkbar machen.

La localisation de l’établissement est super ! Seulement à 6 min à pied. De plus la propriétaire est très réactive et à l’écoute des différents besoins. Par exemple nous sommes arrivés en vélo et avons eu un endroit où les laisser la nuit. Je recommande !

Localização - a poucos metros do centrinho histórico de La Spezia - conforto, limpeza e decoração do quarto. Uma pena termos ficado apenas uma noite. O banheiro tem maquina de lavar roupa e ferro! Internet também funciona muito bem. Estamos com carro e o host foi bem atencioso, nos dado dica de onde estacionar. Super recomendamos.

the apartment is right next to the trainline. Cannot open the door,because of the noise.
