About this villa rental
Villa Kermati, exceptional villa with sea view and Sillon de Talbert, 300 m from the beach. The 400 m² house can accommodate up to 18 people and consists of:

- 7 large comfortable and bright bedrooms, 5 with sea views (4 beds in 160, 3 beds in 140 and 4 beds in 90).
- 4 bathrooms
- 5 toilets
- 2 fitted kitchens (oven, microwave, refrigerators, freezers, dishwasher)

We had a wonderdul stay at Villa Kermati. There was ample room for our family group of 14 and the house had everything we needed. The views really are beautiful from the lounge windows. We had lots of fun in the pool and enjoyed taking the bikes out for short rides around the village. The local bar tabac is very welcoming and only a 5 min walk away.

Family of 16 spanning 3 generations had a wonderful week at Villa Kermati. The villa was spacious; every nook and cranny had entertainment for the kids. The pool, hot tub, outdoor play area and children’s toys were real hits. Plenty of seating and very well equipped! Beautiful villa, thank you Pauline! We will be back!

A huge thank you to Pauline for ensuring our stay in Villa Kermati was wonderful! From the outset, Pauline was so professional, efficient and welcoming.
As a party of 11, ranging in age from 67 to 6 (!), Villa Kermati was perfect with plenty of space and literally everything we would ever need at our fingertips, making it very much home from home for our 2 week stay.
The pool, hottub & sauna was a huge hit with all the family - such a brilliant facility which we used so much. Our other love was the garden and the BBQ - such a great space for eating, entertaining and enjoying each other's company.
As for the views from the upstairs window/balcony, we really loved watching people walk in the sunshine or how things changed visually when the tide came in.
Villa Kermati is situated in a lovely little village which has a superb bakery, a welcoming and busy bar/tabac and a really good restaurant/pizzeria.
The local area is truly beautiful and having been to many other parts of France, the Cote d'Armor is up there with one of our favourite place thanks to its gorgeous scenery, delicious food & historical culture.
The reason for our trip was to spend time together as a family following the lost of my mother and to celebrate our oldest Granddaughter turning 18. Villa Kermati will hold a very special place in our hearts as so many memories have been created and we will be look back on this time together with such fondness.

The property was fabulous, children and adults loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. The games room and large garden meant it was possible to play team games. As weather was not brilliant, the house delivered in every way.
