- the location with direct access to the lake
- the balcony with a lake view
- underfloor heating in the bathroom
- very lovely breakfast with loads of choices
- parking available (5 min walk downhill)
- no kettle nor fridge in the room
- only filter coffee free of charge
- pillows were terrible but I think this is the case in all hotels in general

Das Areal ist sehr schön. Der Raum war sauber. Direkten Zugang zum Zimmer (nicht durch Lobby etc. sondern Haus-teil) fand ich cool.
Bett- und Deckenbezug sowie Kissenbezug hätten wir schon erwartet, dass es gemacht wird.
Rezeption war freundlich aber ziemlich träge.
"Budget-Zimmer" zu diesem Preis... naja. Aber für eine Nacht definitiv machbar.
