About this house rental
We invite you to come stay at our home on the Brittany golf course and Back 40 trail system. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is located in beautiful Bella Vista. The Metfield complex, which has a bicycle pump track, skills course, seasonal swimming pool (small fee), playground, pickleball courts, and basketball court is within an easy walking distance. This amazing location is also at the intersection of Rago and Mulligan on the Back 40 trail system AND the new paved bike trail.
We are Superhosts with 250+ reviews and take pride in making your stay wonderful. This amazing home is a short drive to downtown Bentonville (~15 minutes), and right in the action of all the amenities of Bella Vista. The downstairs bedroom has a king sized bed, reclaimed wood wall, and a 50” Smart TV. The upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed and white wood walls. Both bedrooms have a full bathroom right next to it. The downstairs shower is fully tiled with 2 shower heads! The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The kitchen features custom concrete countertops and a modern sink. The appliances are all updated and the refrigerator has an ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, blender, silverware, dishes, spices, baking basics, crock pot, coffee pot, and Keurig.
For those who dabble in Netflix we have a 75" smart TV in the living room to watch your favorite shows. *Please note that we do not have traditional cable, however both TVs have the capability to stream live shows if you login with your cable/satellite provider.* We do have both Netflix and Amazon Prime which have 1000s of shows /movies to choose from!
The upstairs play loft is the ultimate in FUN! It has a desk for coloring, life-size building blocks, marble track, toys, and games for all ages! The handrail has a bright, whimsical feel. We were inspired by the Scott Family Amazeum; which is a highly rated children’s museum that we definitely recommend for the young ones!
Downstairs, we have a wood desk for those who work from home or simply want to set up their laptop to edit the awesome footage captured on the trails ;)
We paid extra attention to efficiency, adding lots of insulation, and using sustainable materials when remodeling our townhome. You can feel good while on vacation in a home that saves the planet and is gorgeous while doing it.
This home is best suited for a maximum of 4 adults (1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom). There's plenty of space to spread out in this home. One bedroom and bathroom is located downstairs, while the other bed/bathroom is upstairs.
We know many guests won't leave home without their furry companion! We do allow 1 pet with a $20/night pet rent. Please see House Rules below for more details.
We provide all towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, and laundry detergent for our guests. We want you to feel at home! The rules are simple. No shoes, food or drink upstairs. No smoking. No cleats on the bamboo floors. Treat our home with respect and everything will be awesome!
Last, but not least. Cook a meal on the charcoal grill on the patio surrounded by mature trees and the sound of song birds. We spend as much time outside as we can. If we're not on the patio we’re walking to the park or heading out on the trails! Our beautiful neighborhood is a delightful place to meet people and slow down life’s crazy pace. We’re on a cul-de-sac so there’s very little traffic. We can't wait for you to spend some time in Bella Vista and enjoy all this area has to offer!
Side note for our EV friends: We have a Tesla charger installed in our carport, and you may charge as much as you need during your stay!

Our group of three came to the Bella Vista area for a weekend of golf and Crystal Bridges. Our stay at the Fairway Townhome was quite pleasant. It rained most of our stay, so your very large screen tv came in handy more often that we would have liked. :) Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the exception of paper towels. There were none. On the whole, the home was very clean and lovely.
We would make some additional observations that would improve the stay for others: provide shower soap or gel in upstairs bathroom. There was none. The downstairs bathroom (lovely shower, btw) did not have a bathmat. The upstairs tub faucet and sink plug were broken. Upstairs shower doors were off the rails. The cranks on the upstairs windows were broken so unable to open them.
the back patio was not accurately represented on your site. It was a mess, even considering that it is fall and the leaves are falling. Looked as though it hadn't been used for a very long time.
All in all, we would visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The location is great and in close proximity to trails, golf, and Metfield amenities. The outdoor space was good, although not a view, and the size of the townhouse was great for the three of us. Other good things are the TV, game console, and the dining table.. Main floor shower was in good shape also. There is also a nice bonus area at top of stairs where kids can play or you can get some work done. Smaller kids will love the magnet board.
Now for the things that need improvement.
The kitchen is not great. You can make meals, but it is tight and after taking a look we decided to just eat out for our short stay. Also understand that restaurants are not abundant in Bella Vista. Dishwasher did not work, coffee pot made coffee, but the actual glass pot was broken, and the older refrigerator is simply painted to make it look like it matches the rest of the other stainless appliances. Bedrooms are okay. The beds were fine, but the A/C unit is right outside the master and it is pretty loud when it kicks on. It was loud enough to wake me up several times in the night. The living room has a nice large TV but the furniture is not comfortable and is limited.
The upstairs bathroom mirror is cracked and not as nice as the main floor.
Having done a few rentals in BV, there are significantly better options out there at the price point.
