Location was brilliant , very friendly hosts , nice and clean, breakfast was lovely
The bed wasn’t the best ,mattress was very bouncy , curtains was not great at keeping the light out , also could I make a suggestion tea in the morning at breakfast maybe offer a mug as cup was very small

Lovely homely feel. Well situated, spotlessly clean. Welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was freshly made and hot, all choices accommodated. Beds were very comfortable.

The property is extremely clean and the location is ideal.
The couple made us feel very welcome and served a 5* breakfast.
Nothing we didn’t like.

The location is amazing, the hostess Tina was very professional, attentive and replied to messages very promptly, at the moment Tina is not offering breakfast due to health problems but apart from that we had a very enjoyable stay and was made to feel very welcome, Tina even allowed us to check in later outside the check-in times, due to our train time arrival.
We were allocated room 1 that had a balcony, which we were able to sit out on the Sunday afternoon.
