About this house rental
Clean, comfortable 1 story house with two private master suites only steps away from the Prairie Trail, which connects to the Centennial Trail system. Less than 5 miles from Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Spokane River. There is a jogger stroller in the garage for guests to use if you want to explore the miles of walking trails in the neighborhood, or throughout COEUR d’Alene. The first master bedroom is over sized, and has 2 queen beds, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a tile shower. The second master has one queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We also have several items to make your stay in Coeur d'Alene more enjoyable like beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, a stroller, cornhole boards, and pickleball paddles and balls. These items are all available for no charge, and you can use them as you wish.
The entire house including all of the amenities- the back yard is private, and includes 2 tables, cozy patio furniture, and a gas bbq. Enjoy a beautiful Coeur d’Alene sunset with a glass of local wine, or a local craft beer.
We are available for you throughout your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to you! We live extremely close to the house, so just let us know if you need anything! No request is too big or too small. Self check-in is available for you!
There is a community-wide paved trail network with close (500 feet) easy access to the Prairie Trail, the Centennial Trail, the Kroc Center, local restaurants, stores, shops, Lake Coeur d'Alene, and countless parks & trails. We are relatively close to the Coeur d’Alene Rifle & Pistol Club, and while this is a convenience to most guests, there are occasionally gunshots that can be heard while outside. Please don’t be alarmed.
There is plenty of parking on-site. The garage, the driveway, and on the street.

This home was nice and clean. We loved the neighborhood, the location and that the home was modern. My little boys absolutely loved having a tv in their room. They felt bougie. It was an easy check in and out process. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean house and comfortable beds. Nice kitchen as well. I wish I could have stayed here in the summer because the back yard looks nice.

Absolutely spotless condition. Located in a safe, attractive neighborhood. Near several parks and only minutes from downtown. Got seniors? No stairs. Got kids? No knickknacks. Plenty of gear for outside sports and exploration of nearby natural environment. Modest price for what’s on offer here. Would be our first choice for our next visit to the area.

Very clean, convenient, and so many extras. Everything was wonderful. Great yard, enjoyed playing ping pong and so comfortable. Highly recommend!!
