La struttura è immersa nel verde, con una bella piscina e belle aree comuni. Piccolina e graziosa in una strada di campagna!
La colazione buona! la disponibilità del propietario Valentino è stata la nota più positiva! Giovane e accogliente, sempre disponibile e pronto a dare consigli utili sulla zona! La camera non era grandissima ma era funzionale, aveva comunque tutto il necessario.

Tutto! La posizione, la struttura si trova immersa nelle colline, circondata da numerosi punti di interesse! La presenza di una bella piscina e una terrazza per rilassarsi! La colazione varia e completa! Valentino, un meraviglioso e accogliente padrone di casa, sempre sorridente e disponibile!

The breakfast was great, it had everything we could have wished for and Valentino also makes you a great cup of coffee! Also it's very peaceful at this property and it has a wonderful pool!

The host was genuinely nice and tried to do everything in his power to improve our experience (like ordering pizza etc). The breakfast was nice, I liked the selection, and the coffee was amazing in my opinion.
> The nearby restaurant is not managed by the property and only opens for groups / events. The listing saying the property HAS a restaurant is VERY misleading. I was planning chilled evenings with dinner at the property after exploring the region. By the time I tried to make a first reservation the response was "we don't manage the restaurant" - and by that time, it was already too late to cancel for free and find something else. In my opinion, the listing should be clear about this.
> There are a few annoyances like being unable to sleep in the morning with the noise coming from the breakfast area (inside the property) ; swimming pool was not being maintained, and the area had overgrown vegetation (probably because it was late april / "low season"), so limited options to chill and enjoy the views.
Conclusion: We spent the entire day out and only returned to sleep (after eating out), because there was not much else to do.
