The apartment has its only advantage in the name: sea view. It has amazing views over Kos town and the island, the sea, and you can also see Bodrum and the ships passing by. Communication with the property is fast, the staff is helpful.
The apartment itself is not well maintained. The cleanliness is questionable. Furniture is old, as well the bathroom itself. Overall inside everything it is very cheapish (excepting the air conditioners), it looked like some old furniture pieces were collected and put into the apartment. No microwave oven, no hairdryer, no kettle as promised in the info. We were not satisfied with the circumstances and left the apartment - owner was helpful and we were compensated.
