Warm in December, spacious, clean.
Nice kitchenette.
Free parking.
Walking distance to the city center.
We were assigned 4th floor and no elevator.
Car noise at night if your room is facing the main road.

Large Apartment for the 5 of us for a really good price. Easy check in with competent friendly management. They have made the best out of a tricky location.
The place is on the main road, but the insulation is good. Even a Double Door!!! So the traffic is not loud. You can easily stay a few nights or longer.

We liked the apartment was big enough and had 2 separate rooms.
We liked the apartment building had washers and dryers, something to hang the clothes to dry and an iron board and irons available
We wish the apartment was situated on a better location, it is far away from most things and there is NO Uber in Kassel and finding a mode of transportation was very challenging
