Nice space and balconies. All the tools you need are there. Very cheap. Great for a party trip with friends :)
The area is very remote, sometimes can`t even get an Uber (we were at the time of Olympics though). Beds are not the best.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento. L'alloggio è dotato di ogni comfort: cucina attrezzata, lavatrice, ambienti curati e puliti, connessione Wi-Fi veloce. La posizione è strategica, comoda per raggiungere facilmente Milano e Como (nel nostro caso). Un ringraziamento speciale a Silvia, sempre gentile e disponibile e che ha saputo guidarci con istruzioni dettagliatissime. Molto comodo anche per il parcheggio, in sede e al chiuso, cosa difficilissima in zona. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un soggiorno senza pensieri!

Very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a clothes washer and a large fridge. The staff (though I never met) were very responsive via WhatsApp. Reserved parking in front of the apartment was great and was gated.
The location was undesirable to say the least. I'm new to that area but it seemed to be pretty run down neighborhood. There were no stores or anything close by. It's on the backside of some shipping facility. I took this hotel as it was somewhat midway between the airport and Milan. If you are not driving and have a family this is not an ideal location. I didn't look for public transportation so cannot comment on the accuracy of the description. There is also an expectation from the organization to leave the apartment clean and all trash taken out and separated by materials (paper, plastic etc). This is not ideal when you are visiting for a short stay with early morning flight and touristing all day. The beds were tiny but did supply four separate ones so it worked out.
