Terraced house in a vacation complex just 100 m from the beach, located in a natural park of 500,000 m², about 5 km from the historic center of Grado and near the archaeological site of Aquileia (5 km). Outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue for relaxing moments outdoors. This is the ideal accommodation for families with children thanks to the various services offered by the complex: two playgrounds for children, a sandy beach on the lagoon, animation in July and August, two swimming pools (25x25 m and 12,5x25 m in size), volleyball court, tennis court, mini soccer field, mini golf, table tennis, bowling alley and jogging tracks. The complex also includes a restaurant-pizzeria, snack bar, supermarket, laundry, car wash, boat dock. Your four-legged friend is welcome here! At your disposal is a spacious dog park of 5,000 m² and a dog beach nearby. In addition to the many activities you can do in the complex, you can simply relax on the beach or rent a canoe or pedal boat or organize trips by bike in the surrounding area. For art lovers, Venice, one of the greatest art cities in the world, is 130 km away. You should also definitely visit Trieste (65 km), a magnificent city overlooking the Gulf, also known as "the little Vienna by the sea. "In the surroundings you can also visit three UNESCO cities: Aquileia (5 km), famous port of the Roman Empire, with interesting archaeological sites, the National Archaeological Museum, the Cathedral with splendid mosaics; Palmanova (25 km) with its star-shaped fortress; the medieval Cividale del Friuli (50 km) with its famous Cathedral and many buildings from the Longobard period. The town of San Daniele del Friuli, on the hills above Udine, 67 km away, offers a beautiful cathedral, the renowned and historic Guarneriana Library with a collection of ancient texts.
