Wonderful hotel. Clean room, toilet, soft white towels, hairdryer, hand soap, shower gel. . Friendly staff. There is a vending machine with snacks, coffee maker, kettle. I was very pleased with this after a very late check-in. Thank you to the administrator who helped and gave advice on how to get there. Everything is great! Special congratulations to the employees and girls who showed us how to use public transport and gave recommendations for visiting interesting places.

The (private) bathroom was really clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was also clean and the place is located great, 5 minutes away from the beach. For sleeping well at night I recommend taking some earplugs with you.

not too far from wonderful piazza di Nettuno and close beach . The cleaning lady and the owner nice people. Room clean and comfortable, bath also good.
Booked as B&B but no breakfast unless you pay extra. They told me it is a " affittacamere" = rooms for rent . Advisable to get abreakfast at the bar, coffee shop nearby. Would recommend only for young people. No lift and 4 stairs to the 2nd floor.
Also not close to the train station Sturla. No taxis available there, woud recommend to organise a pick up before arrival. Hard to get to the B&B with luggage by walking.
