The room was very close to the historic center, perfect for those who'd use it only for showering and sleeping. It was equipped with every convenience, from coffee maker to hair dryer to a/c

The hotel is very near the main shopping boulevard Jean Madecin, Place Massena, the old town, the beach and the train station. We stayed at a triple room(studio) which was a bit narrow but was exactly as what is shown on the pictures so we were expecting it. Anyway, we were coming back to the room in the evenings just to sleep,so it was OK. Otherwise, the hotel is great for short stays- close to everything, safe and clean.
They allowed us to leave our bags at the reception on our departure day until 15:00 so we could stroll a bit longer without bags.
The shower needs to be fixed as its holder is broken and you have to hold it in order to take a shower. The shower cabin is a bit narrow which might be a problem for some people.

The apartment we had was comfortable and nice! It was well equiped with a kitchen, so it was well-fitting for our short stay in Nice😊

Location location location + presence of kitchen
Room was very small to fit everything, could not use any table due to lack of space, also both sides of hotel are quite noisy - had to use ear plugs to sleep
