Ohana Pererenan

So I stayed at this place for close to a month (to be exact, 29 days). Annoyingly, I needed to work most of the days, bad for me, but good for you guys, as it means a better, more thorough review of the place. Short and sweet: I can highly recommend it! Long review: First and foremost: The staff are some of the friendliest people I've ever met in Bali. And I've spent about 6 months in different places across Bali over the last 2 years. The place is clean and well-maintained. Sure, here and there are a few little things that need repairing/fixing, but it didn't bother me at all. Even the construction going on next door was fine. They didn't start too early in the morning and they finished quite early too, so I always got a good night's sleep. Moving on to the room: I was in room S1. It had a really comfortable bed—like a cloud. On both sides of the bed, there were USB and normal plugs, and two lamps on the nightstands. There was also a big wardrobe with hangers and drawers. The room also had a working desk with access to a plug right under it, plus great Wi-Fi. And there's a mini-fridge, perfect for keeping your six-pack cold. The AC is strong, featuring different modes from heating to cooling, ventilation, and dehumidifier. I also want to mention the magnetic mosquito nets in front of the windows, so you could open them without being afraid of bugs getting in. Oh, and the room had really thick curtains to make it dark. I really liked that because I need to sleep in a cave; it needs to be as dark as my morning coffee or my mood, depending on the day ;p. And of course, there is a private bathroom with really good water pressure and instant hot and cold water. You also have a beautiful outside area with a shared kitchen, pool, and roof terrace that offers an amazing view. Even though the location is in the tourist area of Pererenan, it's still quiet at night.

There's some small Beauty repairs that needed to be done but everything was really good and useful and the construction side wasn't so bad they didn't start too early and they didn't go for very long so all good

Ohana absolutely over delivers for the price! Good sized room, excellent aircon and a very comfortable bed and pillows (always hit and miss in Bali). The shower was large with good water pressure. The property is well maintained for its age and it has good kitchen facilities. The property itself is tucked away down a private and gated driveway and it’s far enough off the Main Street so it stays nice and quiet overnight. Seriously a great spot for a short stay on the main road in Pererenan. The beach is within walking distance and there are plenty of cafes and food options around the property - super convenient!

De keuken werd gebruikt door gasten die alles vuil achter ( vaat pannen en fornuis bij bakken ) Ergernis omdat te keuken niet heb gebruikt! Plaats aub een Notitie hoe de keuken te gebruiken en achter te laten!

Perfect location in Pererenan, the area is quieter than Canggu, with cafes around and close to the beach. Very friendly staff making you feel welcome. Comfy bed. Ok WiFi. Nice pool

The place is completely run down and doesn't look like the photos advertised. Which is a shame as this place has huge potential to be a top notch accomodation, if properly maintained. The toilets didn't flush properly (despite a repairman coming the first day). The bathroom window doesn't close. Had to ask the host for an additional cleaning upon check-in. Overall overpriced for the infrastructure you get (they charged 100usd/night).
