Seems to be Coming a Regular place to stay missing it Already well worth it. You should try even a week. It’s really well Kept too and a Balcony with Table and 2 chairs really Easy Going Owner she is especially helpful. Can’t wait to Go Back.

Very convenient, spacious, lovely setting and ideal for two friends on a golf break
It was a little bit unloved - several lightbulbs weren’t working, the oven was dirty, kitchen equipment was a bit limited, there was only one large bin bag and minimal cleaning materials. The en suite shower drain needs a proper clean. Very slow drain away suggests hair blockage or similar. Most importantly, the boiler wasn’t working when we arrived. We had to re-pressurise the boiler to get hot water. Definitely needs a service.

Fantastic location. Gorgeous view from the balcony with the sound of the river below. Spacious open plan kitchen, dining and livingroom.
Awkward to open the big secondary windows in bedrooms. We visited in mid summer so needed the ventillation but at other times of year I'm sure it's not an issue.
