Dallicar House is a truly lovely place to stay, offering a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. One of the standout highlights is the beautiful countryside setting, with open fields surrounding the property. Seeing sheep and lambs right outside the windows was such a special experience, we even had the rare opportunity to witness the birth of a lamb, which made the stay even more memorable.
The property itself is in excellent condition and clearly very well cared for. Everything feels thoughtfully maintained and comfortable. The information folders provided are a great touch, filled with helpful leaflets about local attractions and places to explore, making it easy to make the most of your visit.
Inside, every room is well presented, with stylish furnishings and a welcoming feel. The beds are particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day exploring the area.

We loved Dallicar house. It has been renovated to such a high standard. It’s on its own up a little track with no neighbours so we didn’t have to worry about noise or anything like that. The surroundings were beautiful, we had ducks, sheep and cows literally on the doorstep and a lovely pub within walking distance.
