About this house rental
We are very devoted to make sure that our guests can have the best experience with our private entry newly updated one bedroom living space . We are still working on improvements and bettering outside area. This in-law unit enjoys complete privacy and tranquility from the owners' adjacent home on the same property. You can either park your car in the garage or drive way. It is 4 miles away from Kirkland downtown, 16 miles to Seattle downtown. The house itself is located close to public transit and shopping mall, where you can find TradeJoe's and Northstrom Rack. It is actually walking distance to the mall and Transit.

The location in Kirkland was perfect for us! The host was so easy to work with —very responsive and friendly. The unit was well kept, clean, and had all the essentials.
