About this house rental
Very pleasant old house tastefully renovated, fitted out for a relaxing family life, located in Cavaro, a quiet hamlet 800m from the beach of Sainte Marguerite and close to green areas calling you for a walk. It is composed of two houses each with a living room and two bedrooms. The living rooms communicate and thus form a large and pleasant living whole. We access through a small garden on the street side (to the south). The terrace allows you to enjoy the sun until the afternoon. Another larger garden behind the house (north and west) will also allow you to enjoy another terrace and greenery and at any time of the day. The large house is composed of a large living room, adjoining a dining room and kitchen organized around a central pedestal. Upstairs, shower room, WC, a bedroom equipped with a 1.60m bed, a second bedroom where the 1.60m bed can be divided into 2 x 0.80m. This main living room (large house) communicates directly with the living room of the small house giving access to two other bedrooms on its first floor. A bed in 1.40 in one, two trundle beds in 0.80 in the other, bathroom shared by these 2 bedrooms. A sofa bed furnishes the living room (1.40m). Two cots are available for babies.
The whole is furnished with all the amenities and decorated to our taste, we who live in this house regularly. Games and books can keep children busy and they will also love to play "groceries". There is a small TV and Wifi. Receiving mobile data is also easy. Our guests appreciate the comfort, decoration and furnishings. They feel good there, "like at home!".

tout est bien c'est une maison bien équipée les propriétaires viennent aussi y loger ce nest pas du pur locatif c'est différent.

Une maison où il fait bon vivre, au calme , proche de la plage, très bien équipée.
