The peace and quiet, and the apartment is great size and all you could ask for in a place to stay

The size of the property was perfect for us and our two (medium sized) dogs. The open plan style made it feel really roomy but was also cozy. Both of our dogs loved the little path for our morning and evening walk.
There are no shops or pubs in walkable distance so you have to drive everywhere. Which was perfect for us but for others this might not work out especially with wanting to drink. The facilities weren’t fab, the kitchen was slightly on the smaller side and the shower either ran boiling or freezing (there is a bath though).

Nice little cottage, very quiet location.
The cottage felt a little worn and the location is very isolated, but then again that is why it was so peaceful! I think the cottage would be ideal if you have a dog.
