A beautiful and quiet house with lots of nature and a nice view
This is our second time staying in the house in September (5 people in total). It is wonderful. The house itself has all the amenities. There are spacious and comfortable bedrooms and a large common room with comfortable furniture and sofas. There is only one toilet/bathroom – but it is comfortable and pleasant (there is also an outdoor shower to the house). The house itself is very quiet – on the one hand it is easy to reach and there is a convenient local asphalt road, on the other hand there is no traffic around it and sometimes distantly and very faintly (when you are outside) you can only hear the trucks on the highway – but really very far away and very faintly. There is a very nice and spacious balcony to the common room with a wonderful view of the bay and the coast of Nea Iraklitsa. The yard is also nice – on the one hand there are no trees to block the view, on the other hand there are very nice trees in the side parts. We choose September because this year (2025) for example, at the end of September (between the 18th and the 23rd) the water was around 25 degrees, and the air 28-29 degrees during the day and 18-19 in the morning – very pleasant temperatures without being too hot. The sun itself is no longer so strong and is much softer than the sun at the beginning of summer. From the house, in 5-10 minutes on foot, you can easily reach a large and not overcrowded sandy beach. But we like changing beaches, wild and natural ones and swimming with masks – and in the area there are quite a few nice semi-wild beaches with nice sand, but also with rocks for swimming with a mask. Thank you to the owners – who were very kind and punctual and did not bother us during our stay. I hope we were pleasant guests too.

Without being obligatory, we have two recommendations for the owners. One is to have a few more kitchen utensils for people who want to cook their own food. And secondly, it would be convenient to have another spare toilet – even a basic one, for example somewhere outside the house next to the outdoor shower (which is also a great convenience when there are more people in the house).

Единственото, което не ми хареса е, че телевизорът можеше да има и канали на друг език освен гръцки. Бяхме с две деца, които на моменти определено искаха да гледат телевизия.
