The apartment was in a great location. 10 minutes to walk into the town, which is very beautiful and interesting. The walk in is very pretty.
The veranda was a great place to sit in the morning and enjoy the sunshine, and the view is very pretty. We did not go in the sea, but it would have been easy had we wanted to. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the veranda, looking out across the sea.
We had a lovely warm welcome from the villa manager, who showed us the facilities and checked in on us during our stay.
The laundry room was well provided and we were able to make use of it.
The kitchen was fairly well fitted out with plenty of utensils, pans etc to use.
The parking was easy and convenient.
We enjoyed our stay overall, but some things could be improved on with a bit of investment from the owners, such as updating it.
The decor is very beige . It is tired and dated. The bathroom is very dark and dingy, and I suspect the whole building has some plumbing or drainage issues as at times it did not smell very fragrant. The shower head needs descaling as it was functioning at about 50% of its pressure. The toilet cistern is cracked. The extractor fan is noisy.
The sheet on the bed had a small hole in it. The bedside lamps were dusty and one of them has a temperamental switch.
The settee is a little hard to sit on but you do get used it. The kitchen bar stools have no back support. This is of course a personal preference but we did not find them particularly comfortable. The fridge runs loudly and constantly and is either old or needs topping up with gas, as it runs constantly despite being on the minimum setting (says my fridge engineer husband!)

The view was amazing ! Comfortable bed spacious apartment with a great host, beach across the road. Lovely walk to town.
Bed was to low. Wouldn’t be suitable for someone not able for a large amount of steps!

Location was decent. About 12 minutes to old town of Korcula. Lovely patio overlooking small secluded bay.
This apartment has the air of neglect and could be so much better with some revamping of furniture, decor and kitchen area. Superficially clean, but worn , uncomfortable couch, no real indoor dining area, no place to hang coats or sweaters by entrance door.
The outdoor patio was wonderful, had a drying rack but only 2 clothes pegs. I requested more toilet paper and on departure two days later none had arrived. The shower was embarrassing, having an elastic band holding it together. The stove had no identifiable signs as to on/off direction and could have used a good scrub.The bed, although somewhat comfortable, was a sorry excuse for a bed. I recommend that the owner lives in this apartment for 4-5 days to see what is needed to improve the condition.
