Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort with a Caribbean Flair. This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit has 1 King in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom, and 1 full & 1 twin in the 4th bedroom. Sleeping 13 people max.
There is a excellent ocean view from this 10th floor balcony. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV as well as the Living room. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, smooth top stove, side by side refrigerator with in-door water & ice and a Keurig. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as Internet access. In the Master bedroom there is a gorgeous view from the balcony.

A group of 6 of us stayed for a week and it worked very well for our needs. The views from our balcony were lovely - you could hear the waves! There were two walkways to the beach on either side of the building - very convenient and quick. There were also some restaurants, an ice cream shop and a quick mart all with-in a block or two so you don't even have to drive. Great location in NMB. The gym, pool and lazy river would have been adored by younger kids. Each of the 4 bedrooms having its own bathroom was a plus - made everyone getting ready at once quick and easy. The furniture is not the newest, but it worked, and it was comfortable. The condo was clean except for the entryway and kitchen tiles - they could have used a really good mopping. It would have been nice if the following items were provided by the owner: a hair dryer, clothes hangers in the bedroom closets, more forks, a pasta drainer, a better can opener. Overall, a great find and would stay here again!

There were plenty of pots and pans but everything was just thrown in the cabinets, utensils were also unorganized. Floors were very dirty , had to mop when we first arrived , no way they had cleand them before we arrived. Twin beds had a lot to be desired , some of the pillows smelled of urine. Other then that we had a great time and it was a nice view . Would have been nice to have a key pad for the pool entry instead of dealing with a key .
