We initially checked into a small villa which had a lovely heated pool but we had some noisy neighbours. When we complained, the management gave us an amazing free upgrade to their best 3-bedroom villa which had an enormous swimming pool and a beautiful outlook, looking across pristine rice paddies. . Seeing Mt Agung at sunrise was an unexpected delight. We couldn't have been happier! Hats off to Santun Luxury Private Villas, we will always remember their kindness and generosity.
Nothing to dislike, the staff were excellent and our accommodation was outstanding.

The villa is very clean, beautiful natural environment and very quiet away from the busyness of Ubud. We loved the pool and outdoor space and the bath!!! The staff were very friendly and as helpful as possible. We enjoyed a big breakfast that was yummy and we even had massages in the villa. That was a fun treat!
It is important to point out that while the villas are on one level, there are a lot of steps to get up to the reception and leading to the villas. Thus it is not wheelchair accessible. Having said that, next to the steps there is a long ramp. Perhaps for lightweight wheelchair user, being pushed up and down is not a problem. We are not sure whether the buggy can take guests all the way up? Either way we managed ok and the rest of the stay was great.

We loved the size of our villa and our private pool. It was so good sitting in the outdoor area on the lounge watching the beautiful greenery surrounding the property. The staff were amazing and made us feel very comfortable. When we needed to go out we had access to a golf buggy that would take us to the main road. Breakfast was served in our villa with several options to choose. The staff were amazing and made us feel very comfortable. We had massages in our villa. We loved it. Our shower in the bathroom was surrounded by greenery and partly exposed to outdoors. When it did rain the plants along the wall and ground looked beautiful. We loved our stay and thank the staff for making our holiday enjoyable.
