We are appreciated the place , very close to the beach. Amazing Cap Martin , with beautiful beach. Swimming pool good also for kids.
Would be nice to have some essentials in the kitchen, like salt,pepper,olive oil etc. water..
And didn’t like that before check out you need to almost clean apartment…to clean kitchen,wash the dishes, throw away the garbage and remove bed linen .. too much time to do this..

Location was excellent, 100m from the beach and right next door to a supermarket. Rooms were generally clean although shower needed a little more scrubbing. Had a big balcony and the bed was very comfortable. Rooftop pool area was amazing although was very busy most of the time we were there. Parking cost extra but was very handy.
Having to strip beds and take out all rubbish to external bins at the end of the stay... Kitchen cleaning is not included in the room price. Seems a bit rough for the price that was paid.
