The day we arrived, I got an email from the manager requesting I pick up keys at a different location than the apartment, about a half mile away. I did not see the email before I gave our cab driver the address of the apartment. So when we arrived, the building was not accessible and no one was there to meet us. After some discussion on the phone on what I “was supposed to do” the manager gave me the code to a lock box. Once inside, I saw only 2 of the 3 bedrooms we requested were made up. I texted the manager who argued that we could not get more bedding and that we should reallocate what was already there. I had to argue to get a few additional pillows, and ultimately had to take the blankets from other beds to prepare the third bedroom. We then noticed one of the bathroom sinks was leaking (there was a puddle on the floor when we arrived) and there was no hot water in the kitchen sink. Two days later, someone came to fix those items. On the positive side, the apartment was close to the tram stop to go into Old Town. Alternately, it was about a 20 min walk. It was located in a more residential part of town, so it was quiet and less congested.

It doesn’t make sense for travelers to get keys in one location, then travel to another to stay. Our reception could have been warmer. I don’t understand why we could not get additional bedding. We got a few extra pillows bedgrudgingly.

Lots of room, very clean and the washer is convenient. We appreciated the travel card.

Size and cleanliness

No sofa - so hard to relax in the evening. Lack of natural light in all rooms but one. The weather was quite warm and the flat was very warm - as it was on the ground floor not easy to keep windows open to get air in.
