Suited our needs at very short notice & Peter was very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable & everything was clean & in good condition.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Just a suggestion that the lounge would be cosier in winter if perhaps there was a curtain to close off the archway to the kitchen area.

Good location, quiet, nice owners.
It smelt damp in the room/ like it needed airing.
The window in the bathroom was broken so when I put the light on at night bugs came in.
There were a lot of cobwebs in the corners, by the bedside tables in particular.
