De inrichting van het appartement is prachtig, gelegen in een afgesloten rustiek en authentiek complex van appartementen. Op 2 minuten lopen is een grote supermarkt (Conad). Valeria heeft ons verblijf geweldig gemaakt, door haar service en vriendelijkheid. Ze was altijd bereikbaar en had goede tips voor Viareggio en Forte dei Marmi. Op eigen terrein hadden we een eigen parkeerplaats en alle uitvalswegen zijn direct bereikbaar. Ik heb een nieuwe lievelingsverblijf in de Toscane.
Geen wasmachine, maar op 10 minten rijden in het centrum van Massarosa is een self service laundrette. Een wasbeurt kost daar 4 euro en duurt ongeveer 36 minuten.

The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and quality towels.
The pool shown in the listing photos was closed during our stay, so don't count on it being available.
The internet connection was extremely slow and barely usable for any online activity.
On our first day we had only cold water. It turned out the electric water heater needed to be manually switched on, but the host hadn't mentioned this anywhere. A simple note in the welcome instructions would have saved the hassle.
The apartment sits right on the main street, so expect significant traffic noise.

This was our first time visiting Tuscany and we feel so lucky to have booked our stay at Residence Prunali. Rudolf and Fabio are the best hosts you could ever wish for. They have made our stay so special and we truly hope to stay with them again in the future. They care for their guests and will help you make the most out of your holiday. The atmosphere is very relaxed and we were very happy to have a pool with the accommodation. It’s very clean and comfortable, apartment has everything you need.
