Nice 2 bedroom apartments, comfortable and everything you need.
The real highlight was the team at the kids club. From 10am to 7pm they were there, motivated and making sure the kids and parents had a great time. I really can’t say enough good things about them!
There are 3 main pools. As we were staying at Easter I made sure to ask in advance if the pools were open and heated. I was told yes they are heated. In reality, the pool at the main hotel was the only one that was “heated” which it hardly was. It was still quite cold. The other 2 main pools, including the kids pools were ice cold and the water slides and water park features not even turned on. Have to say this was the only thing that was a bit disappointing. I understand it’s April, but if the pools and water parks are advised as being open, then they should be.

Gyönyörű helyen, pár lépésre a tengertől, gyönyörű parkosított, tiszta, modern környezetben, nagyon szépen és praktikusan kialakított, modern apartman. Kisgyermekekkel tökéletes szálláshely, játszótér, gyermek medence az apartman mellett. Teniszpálya külön bónusz, de van wellness-fitnesz is, többféle szaunával, gyönyörű kültéri medence, ahonnan a naplementében is gyönyörködhettünk. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek, az apartman nagyon jól felszerelt!
Külön kiemelném a személyzet fantasztikus segítőkészségét, bármilyen kérésünk volt, azonnal kaptunk segítséget. Jövőre visszatérünk!
Pár apróság, a só kifogyott a sószóróból, illetve kevés olaj is jó lenne a kiskonyhába, hogy ne kelljen külön nagy tételt vásárolni ezekből, mert az ember tényleg csak keveset használ, viszont az a kevés "életmentő". Imádtuk a helyet, köszönjük!

Nagyon jól felszerelt. Nagyon okos, praktikus elrendezés. Folyamatos munkával tartanak mindent rendben. Nagyon segítőkész személyzet.

Sehr gut geschnitten und es wirkt alles sehr neu
Leider waren mehrere Dinge in der Unterkunft defekt und konnten bzw wurden auch nicht in Stand gesetzt.
Es hat der Safe nicht funktioniert, der Dunstabzug war kaputt und extrem laut (wurde 1x repariert, laut war er trotzdem) und der Geschirrspüler wurde zweimal „repariert“ und hat aber die ganze Zeit über nicht funktioniert.
