Layout was great for a family of five. Managed to cook a Christmas dinner so facilities and utensils were good. Location handy as well and ~15minute walk to station.

Bright and clean, kitchen was well equipped, shower was good and nice sized bathroom. Good location.
I specifically asked if there was an elevator, and was told we were on the first floor, so no elevator needed, in fact we were up on the second floor and struggled with our bags, which should have been clear by the question of an elevator. Also, I asked if we could get help to book a taxi to take us to the bus station, and was told we should do it ourselves, we ended up going to the hotel to get assistance as a our Canadian phones were not allowing us to make calls. Hence the reason as I asked for help.
