beautiful villa, in nature, close to the city centre, amazing and helpful staff
the villa is in nature so there are many animals there, birds, frogs, lizards, big lizards, cats, dogs and others which is fine and understandable. however we saw a rat in our room and on the last day we realised a lot of the food that we left on the table was eaten, i dont know whether it was the rat or some other animal. obviously animals are normal for that area, but just to be prepared that its not the most comfortable stay.

The whole stay was delightful. The villa was spacious and really lovely to be in. The staff were very helpful. I loved the breakfast - it was delicious and abundant. The location is fantastic - a short walk from some of my favourite cafes.
Only nitpicking on small things, such as a water pump that was making noise overnight and the kitchen tap that dripped.

Location of the property was very good and peaceful. Far from the traffic and central Ubud hustles
Breakfast options were very limited and taste was very average
One of the Air conditioner wasn’t working well
There were no TV in the bedrooms
Bedsheets were not very clean
There was a black stray dog who use to end up sitting on the main couch in the lounge in our property every night
