Made exceedingly welcome on arrival with coffee and a friendly chat. Parking was good with an allocated parking space if we wanted it (£5 per 24hrs) very good parking area. Very good breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal by request. Would stay again without hesitation. Thank you.

The location was very close to town, train and bus station and close to the beach but down a quiet street which was great.
Breakfast was really good, my son said that he had the best bacon ever.

Clean , very friendly hosts, Good choice of breakfast options, Comfy beds. On site parking (for 2 cars).
Location- just up from the two local pubs in the more (Lively) end of the town , gets noisy but this location would be good for families as all the stuff for kids is close. No WiFi but they are getting it installed owners are new. Could do with possibly getting breakfast pre orders on arrival (the wait isn’t long but I feel this would help the owners ).
