Rustig en ruim appartement, winkels en restaurants om de hoek, op loopafstand van Balver Höhle. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame beheerder.

De keuken was niet helemaal compleet, er ontbrak bijvoorbeeld een koekenpan. De beheerder was zo vriendelijk om een koffiezetapparaat te brengen.
