The location was perfect, next to Les Roches, where we went to drop our daughter. The house was nice.
The rooms did not have functioning locks. Toiletories should be provided. Heaters in living room and one bathroom were not working. The worse was at the end of our trip. We were told that you have to clean all crockery cultlry pots and pans and put them in their place. We had to strip all bedding and put in the bathroom. WE WERE CHARGED A CLEANING FEE. This should be included in the cleaning. We spent 2 hours at the end of our holiday doing chores that we had paid for. We were threatened that a fine would be levied otherwise. These details should be given in Booking.com at the start. Also fees for bedding, towels, etc. was charged per person apart from the rate mentioned in your website. Felt cheated.
