V good choice for budget travellers, but my arrival complicated by delay of key instructions until after I pinged. Some odd fixtures e.g. lighting placement but nothing major, good outfitting

Pros: The room itself is fine. Comfortable enough, clean enough, and the kitchenette is convenient. The location is also good, close to restaurants and shops and only 20 minutes walk from the train station. If it weren't for the issues I will mention below, I would have given it a good rating.
Cons: It's difficult to access. This is the biggest issue. Check-in is from 16:00, and they were supposed to send the lockbox info for check in between 15:00 and 16:00 on my arrival day. I arrived in Flensburg at 16:00 and they had not sent the code. I messaged them through Agoda multiple times and got no response, and finally found a coffee shop where we could wait since we had our luggage and could not get into the apartment. I called their support number from the coffee shop and the staff member I spoke to was able to provide the code via Whatsapp. She kept referencing *** and I told her that I booked through Agoda. I did eventually get a response through Agoda messaging with the code at about 20:30, followed by numerous repeat messages. I don't know if the issue is that they actually failed to send it or if there is a delay in their messaging system. Maybe they route to Agoda through ***? I'm not sure. But ultimately, because of their policy of not sending the code until the very last minute, which I think is because they offer early check in as a paid extra, we were stuck with our luggage unable to get in for more than an hour. If we hadn't called them and had waited for a response via Agoda messenger, it would have been almost 5 hours. This is totally unacceptable imo.
Additional cons: Wifi didn't work and when you run the shower the water goes everywhere, to the point that it can actually flood the room. It makes the shower basically unusable, which is a shame because the water pressure is quite good and it would be nice if you could use it.
