Absolutely everything. The room and whole hotel is spotless and just gorgeous. A little slice of luxury in a trendy quiet area.
The only thing I would suggest changing is access to a big container of drinking water in each room. However, the use of reusable glass bottles may be more environmentally friendly than plastic so not tied to this.

Everything. Buffet breakfast, 2 x pools, beautiful gardens, spa on site, room service, staff are all very friendly no matter what job they are doing and it's in a quiet location although there are still several excellent restaurants and cafes (black sheep and pescado especially) all within a 2 minute walk.
Nothing. I had a couple of monkeys cracking nuts open on my verandah one day but that's okay - made for an interesting experience I'd never get at home!

The venue was extremely beautiful. We particularly loved the two swimming pools and the location of the breakfast room.
The room was spacious and clean, and the welcome exceeded expectations. The toiletries provided were sufficient, and the minibar was well stocked and good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we felt genuinely well looked after. They also provided mosquito repellent and incense, which was much appreciated.
A few minor points which may not warrant mentioning.

It was quiet and far enough away from central Ubud. The variety of restaurants and cafes in the village were really good. And right next to the monkey forest!
The breakfast area is a little cozy but the staff do a great job of making it work.
