La stanza era ampia e tutti e servizi e gli accessori funzionanti. L’atmosfera un po’ fredda e poco accogliente
La posizione della struttura si trova in una frazione di Peschiera del Garda, in un comprensorio di villini abbastanza scomodo da raggiungere. Le stanze sono a piano terra. Il nome roboante fa pensare ad una struttura elegante e comoda, in realtà non mantiene le aspettative.
