Our room was very modern, with nice cycladic styling. It was quite spacious for a studio. The pool area is nice with a good view. It's easy to park right outside and easy to walk to the beach and cafes.
The view from our balcony was disappointing as there is a commercial yard across the road. It wasn't busy, just not very pretty. We didn't notice it at night though, when the distant lights looked nice.

Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Agios Anna. Lovely pool and sunbathing area. Room 120 has a nice sea view and nicely decorated.
Agree with some of the previous reviews about hotel customer service and lack of communication. No restaurants or bars local to hotel.

Kallithea Hotel is a clean modern hotel with minimalistic furnishings in pale colours. The pool area is super.
Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or use an Ap to communicate via translation . We did not receive a welcome, any form of orientation or map of the area showing highlights or bus stops. I’d sent 9 messages prior to our arrival asking about getting from the airport, was it walkable, was there an airport bus to Naxos, which bus stop should we get alight at. No replies were received. We’d book and paid for an apartment 9 months ago and we were given an ordinary bedroom. No apology or compensation was offered. We eventually received our apartment at 12:40 the following day. The cooking facilities were extremely basic, a huge pot, a frying pan, 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 knives, forks and spoons. So cooking a meal was extremely challenging.

The bedrooms, bathroom and pool were nice, good views from the pool area!
The area itself felt like the ghetto, weird industrial type buildings and lots of rubbish and machinery. As 3 girls, we didn’t feel that safe walking to the accommodation at night.
Another review said there was a bus stop outside, this is not the case! We had to walk down to the beach everytime to get the bus. I wouldn’t recommend the location at all, everything is in the port town apart from the nicer beaches.
Beds were not comfy.
Staff weren’t particularly friendly.
