About this cottage rental
Relax by the wood burner and enjoy mountain views from this detached bungalow, which lies close to Builth Wells and Llandrindod Wells.. 5 steps to entrance.
All on the Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: 43" TV, Freesat, DVD Player, Woodburner
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine
Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, 32" TV, Freesat Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder at £6.50 per basket. Fibre optic broadband Wifi. Welcome pack.. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Bike store. Finnish sauna (private, at cost by prior arrangement). Hot tub (private). Fire pit (5 minutes walk, can be used if arranged). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring. This property has a security deposit of £80 if guests use the hot tub.. Escape to the countryside and enjoy a holiday in this lovely detached bungalow. Set on the owner’s working sheep farm, the property has fabulous views of the Epynt, Black Mountains and the Cambrian Mountains. There is an open plan living space complete with a cosy wood burner and comfy sofa where you can take in the views. The bedroom is spacious with a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room. Outside, the enclosed garden is perfect for letting your dogs roam around, and from the private hot tub you can admire the spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The property also benefits from a Finnish sauna, which can be booked with the owner for 3 sessions for £25.
There are plenty of walks to be had directly from the property and the local pub is just 2.2 miles away. The market town of Builth Wells is just under 5 miles away and hosts many shows and events throughout the year at The Royal Welsh Showground. Llandrindod Wells, 10 miles, has lovely parks and lakes, great for afternoon walks and adventures with your four-legged friends. Although the property doesn’t offer Wi-Fi, the 4G signal in the area is very good. Shop and restaurant 4½ miles, pub 2.2 miles.

Another brilliant week at Cambrian Mountain View. The cottage is clean, warm and has everything you need for a quiet week away. The hosts are very friendly and approachable. The hot tub is clean, easily accessible and well maintained. The kitchen has all you need for the week and everything was clean and worked. Being very picky the TV in the living room could be larger, especially if the weather outside gets very wet (it is Wales after all!) but we did not go there to watch TV and every thing else was great. We will be going again.

Fantastic dog walking area and so useful having safe enclosed garden when enjoying the hot tub with additional use of the 4 acres of fieldadjoining Cottage was extremely clean and very well equipped Jac was the perfect host and the parting gift of Welsh honey was so thoughtful Will definitely be returning

Fabulous cosy cottage with beautiful views. Bonus too have the hot tub. Nice relaxing weekend and close too town.
